Will Facebook File For an IPO?

Over at Seeking Alpha, Paul Kerdosky asks whether Facebook will go public with its stock. It’s a good question and one that I’ve been thinking about lately. Right now the company is brining in about $100 million in ad revenue. The article includes a quote by Justin Rosenstein, former Googler, now Facebook employee. He discusses how Facebook has been hiring aggressively across the organization. Why would Facebook be hiring aggressively? Perhaps it’s thinking of going public soon? If it does, I’m definitely buying stock in it.
