Facebook Applications Facing Delays

Over at Slashdot, there’s an article about developers encountering delays getting their applications approved by Facebook. One developer has been waiting two weeks for his aplication to be approved. The author expresses concern of the lack of regulation and transperancey of Facebook in approving apps.

I don’t know where this guy is coming from. From what I understand, most developers haven’t had any problems getting their applications developed. Also, I think it’s a little to early to be complaining about Facebook Platform. It’s only been around for about a month. So, yes, there’s going to be some glitches. However, I think overall Facebook has done an excellent job implementing Platform.
